LEGO and TellTale Games have crafted some of the most addicting, family friendly games to date with their recreation of well known franchises. First and most famously were the Star Wars films, followed by Indiana Jones, Harry Potter, Pirates of the Caribbean, and Batman/DC heroes as of late. This year, however, they pulled out all the stops and managed to surprise me and grab my attention with the Marvel Superheroes game that features over 100 Marvel characters and some great, innovative gameplay.

We’ve shared some trailers before on ComicUI, but the past few weeks have given us some more characters on the roster that I never would have expected to see in a game. After the Wolverine was released to theaters, we get to see Jean Grey from X-men cartoon, and the villain from the film, Silver Samurai. Take a look at them below.

On top of these more well known characters, we’re going to get a handful of unknowns but ones that are just as cool! These include a LEGO version of Stan Lee (creator of most of these heroes), Agent Coulson, Howard the Duck, and Squirrel Girl! The roster is getting more eclectic, but I’m pretty sure I’m excited about all the ones we’ve not heard yet. Crossing my fingers for Sentry if at all possible!

Also confirmed in the game are (heroes/villains alike) Abomination, Beast, Black Widow, Blob, Captain America, Colossus, Cyclops, Deadpool, Destroyer, Doctor Doom, Doctor Octopus, Elektra, Frost Giants, Galactus, Gambit, Green Goblin, Hawkeye, H.E.R.B.I.E. , Hulk, Human Torch, Iceman, Invisible Woman, Iron Man, Iron Patriot, Phoenix, Juggernaut, Kingpin, The Leader, Lizard, Curt Connors, Loki, Magneto, Malekith the Accursed, Mr. Fantastic, Ms. Marvel, Nick Fury, The Punisher, Rhino, Roxxon Guard, Sabretooth, Sandman, Sentinels, Silver Surfer, Spider-Man, Spider-Woman, Storm, The Thing, Thor, Venom, Viper, Vulture, War Machine, and Wolverine. Pick up your copy of LEGO Marvel Superheroes this April for all major consoles, including next-gen Xbox One and PS4.
