Another day, another delay for film releases. Warner Bros. has decided to postpone the June release of Wonder Woman to August, in hopes that the world is safer and healthier to go out in. August 14 will now be the new day for WONDER WOMAN 1984 to grace the silver screen, and while August has normally been a tepid month for box office, we may see a new schedule arise in 2020.

Wonder Woman 84 follows Diana Prince (Gal Gadot) as she goes through the 1980’s and a familiar face, once thought long dead, appears again. Fast forward to the 1980s as Wonder Woman’s next big screen adventure finds her facing two all-new foes: Max Lord and The Cheetah. With director Patty Jenkins back at the helm and Gal Gadot returning in the title role, “Wonder Woman 1984” is Warner Bros. Pictures’ follow up to the DC Super Hero’s first outing.
