The folks over at ComicBookMovie.com (now removed) have reportedly gotten their hands on a piece of concept art for Captain America: The Winter Soldier. This new work of art shows what could possibly be Captain America’s new outfit in his upcoming adventure which so happened to begin filming this week. Captain America: The Winter Soldier will be released April 4, 2014 and stars Chris Evans, Sebastian Stan, Anthony Mackie, Scarlett Johansson,Emily VanCamp, Frank Grillo, Cobie Smulders, Toby Jones, Samuel L. Jackson, and Robert Redford.
This new outfit retains the helmet of the Avengers, but combines the sleekness of Steve Rogers during the Secret Invasion comic event (image included below). The suit remains sufficient for his needs, yet not too much armor that would hinder his abilities. In all honesty, it feels like a true Captain’s outfit, instead of just a soldier. Sound off in the comments and tell us what you think.
