June marks the one year anniversary of Xbox and Microsoft’s Games with Gold promotion. Normally, we rarely cover video games here at ComicUI. Its not our focus, but still a huge part of who we are. It should come to no surprise to anyone who knows us that when any game in the Halo franchise is announced, we’re excited. It definitely is part of who I am and what makes me tick.

This morning, Bonnie Ross, 343 Studio’s General Manager announced HALO 5: GUARDIANS for Xbox One coming in 2015. In the announcement on a blog post, Ross goes on to talk about the future of Halo and how this 5th entry in the Master Chief storyline is a large step forward from Halo 4.
