Deadpool Video Game Sale

by Christopher DillardFebruary 9, 2016

To celebrate the release of DEADPOOL in theaters this week, several Marvel video games featuring the character have gone on sale through the Xbox Marketplace. The games on sale include Deadpool for both Xbox One and Xbox 360, as well as both Marvel Ultimate Alliance games, personal favorites of mine.

If you’re interested, Deadpool’s solo video game outing is quite fun, very pretty, and features some over the top action gameplay that is a must have for any fan of the character. It has recently been upgraded and released on the Xbox One which you can now buy for $30 this week, or get the Xbox 360 version for $20, either way its a great deal!

However, I’m more excited about the sales on Marvel Ultimate Alliance titles. The original game features over 30 playable characters, a unique storyline, RPG elements, and is one of the best couch co-op games available. Imagine Diablo with 4 of your favorite Marvel characters and a plethora of unlockables, costumes, and more.

Its sequel, Ultimate Alliance 2 is an adaption of the Civil War storyline, which definitely is timely with the movie coming out this May. It now has 30 characters and features team-up movies, which tend to obliterate the screen of enemies when used in a spectacular fashion. While not as large or as unique as the first one, its still a great title with a big replay factor.

Both games come with previously released DLC included and thats the kicker, as you can no longer buy them separately.

Either way, head over to the Xbox Marketplace (links below) and get your Marvel games on sale this week before they’re back to stupid expensive prices.

Xbox One

Deadpool – $29.99

Xbox 360

Deadpool $19.99
Marvel Ultimate Alliance $9.99
Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2 $9.99
